Founded in 2009, Bexar Surgical Staffing was birthed from Bexar Surgical Assistants and quickly grew into a full-service staffing solution providing nurses and allied health professionals. Bexar Surgical Staffing has evolved while still maintaining the core values established during our company’s humble beginnings. We are big enough to serve you, yet small enough to know you. We will take care of all your medical staffing needs!

Our Founder

Allen Harris is a veteran who has served in the US Army. It was during that time that he learned invaluable leadership skills. Today, he is the President and CEO of Bexar Surgical Staffing. He studied general studies at UNLV.

He founded Bexar Surgical Assistants in 2009 and has steadily grown throughout the years. Bexar Surgical Staffing was birthed as Allen traveled nationally to provide surgical assistance to medical facilities adapting to today’s medical needs. Allen is a passionate leader who looks to equip his staff members and partners with the support necessary to care for others.

His outpouring commitment to his community is indicative that he has a passion to give back to others. In his free time, Allen is an avid cook and often volunteers empowering those less fortunate.
